株式会社中村格付研究所（以下「当社」）は、NRPD Web App その他当社が提供するサービス（以下総称して「本サービス」）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
本サービスは、日本国および東南アジア諸国連合（ASEAN）加盟国の法人・事業者を対象とします。EU・英国・米国・中国その他除外地域からのご利用はお断りしています。
Naker Rating K.K. (“we” or “the Company”) establishes this Privacy Policy for the handling of user information in NRPD Web App and related services (collectively, “the Service”). The Service is intended for corporations and business entities in Japan and ASEAN member states. Use from the EU, UK, USA, China, or other excluded territories is not permitted.

第2条（取得する情報）/ Article 2. Information We Collect
当社は、以下の情報を取得することがあります。
We may collect the following information.
- アカウント情報：メールアドレス、ユーザーID、契約プラン、利用開始・終了日
Account information: email address, user ID, subscription plan, start/end dates - 決済・契約情報：購入プラン、決済状況、利用回数履歴（クレジットカード番号は当社が直接保存しません）
Billing information: plan purchased, payment status, usage history (credit card numbers are not stored by us directly) - 利用履歴：ログイン日時、アクセス元、ブラウザ・OS情報、分析実行履歴、エラーログ
Usage logs: login timestamps, access origin, browser/OS info, analysis history, error logs - 利用者入力・アップロード情報：企業名、財務関連入力値、アップロードPDFから抽出したテキスト・数値（原本ファイルおよび財務数値はサーバーに永続保存しません）
User-input & uploaded data: company name, financial figures, text extracted from PDFs (original files and financial data are NOT persistently stored on our servers) - サポート情報：お問い合わせ内容、導入相談内容

第3条（利用目的）/ Article 3. Purposes of Use
取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。
We use collected information for the following purposes.
- 本サービスの提供・維持・改善 / Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service
- ログイン認証・アカウント管理・プラン付与 / Login authentication, account management, and plan provisioning
- 分析処理・結果表示・PDFレポート出力 / Analysis processing, results display, and PDF report generation
- 決済・請求・返金対応 / Payment processing, billing, and refund handling
- 不正利用・規約違反の検知・防止 / Detecting and preventing unauthorized use and policy violations
- 障害対応・品質改善・お問い合わせ対応 / Responding to failures, improving quality, and handling inquiries
- 重要なお知らせ・契約更新・障害情報の通知 / Sending important notices, contract renewal reminders, and incident notifications
- 利用者が同意した場合に限るマーケティング情報の案内 / Sending marketing information only where the user has given consent
- 法令遵守・権利保全 / Legal compliance and rights protection
第4条（AI・OCR処理に関する事項）/ Article 4. AI / OCR Processing
本サービスの「AI高精度解析」モード使用時のみ、アップロードされたPDFから抽出したテキスト断片を、当社が利用するAI事業者（Anthropic, Inc.）に当社APIサーバー経由で送信することがあります。送信されるのはテキスト断片のみであり、原本PDFファイルは送信されません。
Only when the “AI High-Accuracy Analysis” mode is selected: text fragments extracted from uploaded PDFs are transmitted via our API server to our AI provider (Anthropic, Inc.). Only text fragments are transmitted — original PDF files are not sent.

第5条（第三者提供・委託）/ Article 5. Third-Party Sharing & Outsourcing
当社は、法令に基づく場合または本人の同意がある場合を除き、個人データを第三者に提供しません。本サービスの運営上、以下の外部事業者に情報取扱いを委託します。
We do not provide personal data to third parties except as required by law or with user consent. We outsource data processing to the following providers.
- 認証・データベース / Authentication & database: Supabase, Inc.
- 決済 / Payments: Stripe, Inc.
- ホスティング / Hosting: Vercel, Inc.
- AI処理 / AI processing: Anthropic, Inc.
第6条（対象地域・越境データ移転）/ Article 6. Territorial Scope & Cross-Border Transfers
本サービスは、日本国およびASEAN加盟国（ブルネイ・カンボジア・インドネシア・ラオス・マレーシア・ミャンマー・フィリピン・シンガポール・タイ・ベトナム）の法人・事業者を対象とします。EU・英国・米国・中国その他除外地域からのご利用はお断りします。
The Service is available to corporations and businesses in Japan and ASEAN member states (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam). Use from the EU, UK, USA, China, or other excluded territories is not permitted.
当社のサーバーインフラは主に米国・アジア太平洋リージョンのクラウドを利用しており、これに伴う越境データ移転が生じることがあります。
Our infrastructure relies on cloud providers in the US and Asia-Pacific regions; cross-border data transfers may occur as a result.
第7条（安全管理措置・保存期間）/ Article 7. Security Measures & Retention
当社は、アクセス制御・通信暗号化・委託先管理・脆弱性対応その他相当な安全管理措置を講じます。利用者情報は、利用目的の達成・法令上の要請・紛争対応上合理的に必要な期間保存し、その後適切に削除または匿名化します。
We implement access controls, encryption, vendor oversight, vulnerability management, and other appropriate security measures. User information is retained for the period necessary to fulfill its purpose, then deleted or anonymized.
第8条（開示・訂正・利用停止等）/ Article 8. Disclosure, Correction & Suspension
利用者は法令の定めに従い、保有個人データの開示・訂正・削除・利用停止・第三者提供停止を請求できます。
Users may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal data in accordance with applicable law.

第10条（改定）/ Article 10. Amendments
当社は法令改正その他相当の理由がある場合、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更は本サービス上の表示またはメールにより周知します。
We may amend this Policy for legal or operational reasons. Material changes will be announced via the Service or email.
