Message
It is my honour to join Naker Rating K.K. as an International Advisor.
At iWise Group we have worked with central banks, international agencies, global corporations and private companies across Asia on credit data, risk management and international cooperation projects.
Combining Naker Rating’s credit research with my experience, I hope to help companies build a safe and resilient foundation for cross-border business.
Key roles and credentials
Managing Director & Board Advisor. Winner of the COP28 TechSprint Award (BIS, COP28 Presidency and Central Bank of the UAE).
COO & General Manager, DP Credit Bureau. Led the World Bank credit bureau training initiative in Vietnam.
Chief Curriculum Architect, Risk, Standard Chartered Bank. Supported an ADB project for the Royal Monetary Authority of Bhutan.
Founder & CEO. Projects funded by UN ESCAP, the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. Clients include TransUnion, LexisNexis and Credo.
Central bank and international project experience
Lincoln has worked with central banks across Asia on enterprise and consumer credit data systems, including the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Bank Negara Malaysia, Bank Indonesia, the State Bank of Vietnam and Brunei Darussalam Central Bank.
iWise Group took part in projects under Singapore’s Chongqing Connectivity Initiative, advised Brunei’s central bank on credit bureau legislation, and supported UN ESCAP in a central bank digital currency project with the Maldives Monetary Authority.
