As President of Naker Rating K.K., I am committed to providing companies in Japan and overseas with accurate and meaningful corporate credit information.
Having witnessed cases in which companies bought credit reports lacking sufficient information, and later incurred bad debts even with well-known counterparties, I founded this company to address that problem.
Going forward, we will keep strengthening our research network in Japan and abroad and our use of data analytics, to provide an information infrastructure that lets our clients do business across borders with confidence.
Career
Joined Teikoku Databank, Ltd. Provided credit reports on Japanese companies to overseas clients, and vice versa.
Transferred to the Tokyo Branch. Investigated approximately 1,000 companies in construction, finance, real estate and other sectors.
Joined Experian Japan K.K. Led new business development for international credit reporting services.
Appointed Director at Experian Japan. Oversaw the business unit’s strategy and credit data and compliance solutions; quadrupled revenue within two years.
Joined a UK-based international credit reporting firm as Chief Strategy Officer of its Japan subsidiary.
Founded Naker Rating K.K. and became President & CEO.
