Why this matters

A clearer bridge between financial statements and internal credit judgment.

Many teams can obtain company information. Fewer can convert financial statements into a form that is practical for approval memos, internal meetings, and day-to-day credit control. NRPD Web-App is built to close that gap.

Speed

Reduce waiting time for a first-pass view

Instead of waiting for a full external investigation before every discussion, obtain a structured financial assessment quickly and decide what requires deeper review.

Consistency

Use one internal frame for repeated decisions

NRPD range, credit limit guidance, and trade judgment are presented in a consistent format so reviews do not start from a blank sheet each time.

Practicality

Outputs that support action, not just interpretation

The service is aimed at what teams actually need next: whether to proceed, how much exposure may be acceptable, and how to explain the decision internally.

Workflow

A sober, four-step process built for finance and credit teams.

The flow is straightforward: upload, confirm, assess, and report. The design aim is not visual excitement. It is operational clarity.

01

Upload

Upload the counterparty’s financial statement PDF. Add a benchmark company when comparison is useful.

02

Confirm

Review extracted figures, currency, and units. Make corrections before the assessment is finalized.

03

Assess

Generate the structured output set, including probability range, limit guidance, ratios, and judgment.

04

Report

Export a bilingual PDF suitable for internal sharing, filing, or discussion with stakeholders.

Security posture explained in plain language

In local mode, processing happens inside the browser. In AI extraction mode, only text fragments are used for figure recognition, without company identifiers in the transmitted content.

Positioning

Decision-support, not overstatement

The page now describes the product as a support layer for practical judgment rather than implying that it replaces all forms of professional investigation.

FAQ

Clear answers to the practical questions.

These items preserve the substance of the original page while keeping the tone measured and credible.

Is my counterparty’s financial data secure?

In local mode, all processing happens inside your browser. No financial data, company names, or identifiers are sent to our servers. In AI extraction mode, only text fragments are transmitted to assist with figure recognition, and company identifiers are not included.

What formats are supported?

PDF financial statements are supported. Both Japanese and English-language statements can be used. Scanned PDFs that do not contain selectable text require manual input instead of automatic extraction.

Can I assess both domestic and international companies?

Yes. The service can be used for both domestic and international companies. You can work in multiple currencies, control the FX rate used for JPY conversion, and use the same workflow for first-pass review, benchmark comparison, and internal approval support.

Does this replace a formal credit investigation report?

No. NRPD Web-App is a decision-support tool. For counterparties requiring deeper due diligence, a formal credit investigation report from Naker Rating K.K. may still be appropriate.
